Hungry? (Part 2)


It's Wednesday! Here's a recipe I want to share with you.
Here's what you might want.
  1. 2 Handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes
  2. 1 Ripe Avocado
  3. 1/2 Can of Sweet Corn
  4. 1 Handful of Cilantro
  5. 1 Lime (Juice)
  6. 1/2 Medium Red Onion
  7. Salt & Pepper to Taste
  8. 1/2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Steps:
  1. Dice cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion, add to bowl.
  2. Drain sweet corn, add to bowl. 
  3. Bunch and slice cilantro, add to bowl. 
  4. Combine mixture.
  5. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil to mixture. 
  6. Taste. 
  7. Add more lime juice, salt, pepper, or olive oil if needed. 
  8. Spoon onto choice of food. (I chose diced chicken breast on a soft tortilla. With Tapatío.) 
  9. Enjoy!
