Here's another vegan recipe shared in video format as well! This recipe is great, and the flavors totally change depending on what sauce you pour on top. (Peanut sauce is great with this as well)
Ingredients:
- 2 servings of Soba Noodles
- Choice of veggies (and the amount you please)
- I used:
- Chopped lettuce
- Sliced red pepper
- Peeled carrots
- Sugar snap peas
- Green onion
- 1/2 can of corn
For the sauce:
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp of vinegar
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbs fresh orange/lemon juice
- 1 tbs red pepper flakes
- Pinch of sesame seeds
- (Taste & add as needed)
